Pamich. A name synonymous of professionalism, since 1929 quality and style meet, inspired to a far-off passion. The passion that touched the first fabrics first hand, that explored them thoroughly until bringing out the best characteristics. This way, Pastelli gowns were born, a result that counts as much as the path undertaken to achieve it. Where attention for the customer and his needs is something inborn, that is not learnt from marketing books. The result of all this, is quality. Fine quality that permeates through our production and determined our success.
Pastelli’s experience dates back to 1929 with the opening of a tailor’s laboratory in Trieste. In 1978, Pastelli's first collection was born from the intuition and courage of Nada and Gianna Pamich, a line of medical clothing based on an absolutely innovative concept: articles characterised by utmost quality and elegance, original and accurate in the details, able to offer comfort and high performances. Initially intended for the dental sector, it expanded afterwards to all medical and aesthetic sectors. Pastelli’s brand grew and asserted itself worldwide. The artisanal footprint remained unaltered in the step from couture-house to enterprise. Meantime, we have constantly invested in technology and research.
This original mix of tradition and innovation represents a universal value that allowed the brand during the past years, to grow constantly and assert its leadership at international level.
A Pastelli-branded article embodies the utmost expression of made in Italy: each work phase is carried out in Italy and managed directly by the company. We look after the formulation of the fabric, which is created according to our technical specifications, and we also look after the design, cutting, and finishing phases. A valuable process in compliance with the most recent European standards concerning quality and safety, and certified by the most influential international supervisory boards. In order to turn each article into a haute couture product, entirely made in Italy, 100% made at Pastelli's plant. The haute couture identity is expressed in any of our lines. We are ‘’obsessed’’ with details, and not only small ones like finishes, but also of technical and stylistic type: this renders each of our articles unique, as whom will wear them. We would have never grown without an essential value: respect. For people and the environment. We produce exclusively through eco-sustainable processes, in strict compliance with Italian and international laws: we do not use additives and colouring agents which are harmful for the health and the environment, and we comply with the strictest regulations for treating waste water and emissions, optimizing energy consumptions and complying with standards on workplace safety and comfort.
Our goal is to create the perfect gown that suits the shape, personality and style of the customer. We offer a large selection of models, from classical to more innovative ones, that can be personalized with unique details, up to a real tailor's service. Each article is designed to follow the movements of who wears it during the entire work day, offering utmost comfort: only a company with deep knowledge of each medical sector can offer all of the above. The article intended for a dentist is different from an article intended for a pharmacist. Our client chooses Pastelli because he is aware that he must convey first of all, a neat aspect, elegance and self-confidence. And also because he is aware that Pastelli’s clothing articles ensure flexibility and comfort, essential aspects for clothing items that must be worn many hours a day. Pastelli was the first to understand the communication power of colours, also with regards to a profession: to identify your activity with a distinctive image, to distinguish your role within your environment, to clearly express your personality. Moreover, the power of colour to convoy positive and reassuring emotions to the customer is proven by now. The innovative spirit that characterises it, led us to be the first to propose lively colours and unusual prints, in a world initially dominated by a few basic colours. This is the reason why a gown is not simply a gown, but a life style.
